Shipping and returns

Where we ship

Canada and the United States.

When it ships

Your preview arrives in 1 to 3 days. Your kit ships after you approve it. Christmas orders placed by November 27 (November 24 for US orders) ship by December 14.

Returns

Every build is made just for you, so we can't take returns on finished kits. If a part is missing or something arrives damaged, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
